Group Mentoring

This is ideal for beginners who have no knowledge of property investing. This is a 6-month programme that focuses on a multitude of relevant topics to take advantage of the current market conditions. The maximum in a group is 10 and you work and support each other to attain your financial property goals. It is a combination of theory, support, guidance and accountability from your mentor and peers.

Group mentoring is suitable for the complete novice, for those who know and want to get involved in property investment but they:

    • Don’t yet have any investment properties (0-2 properties)
    • Don’t know where to begin
    • Don’t want to make mistakes and
    •  They have not attended any property educational courses

  • A 5-month programme focusing on a multitude of relevant topics to take advantage of the current market conditions.
  • Peer coaching and senior mentoring combined
  • Monthly face-to-face meetings covering various up to date topics such as mortgages, changes in rules and regulations, strategies and dealing with your challenges and concerns.
  • Accountability of your progress and challenges and how to address these without delay and procrastination.
